 Long Telegraph humeral nail

This is used for diaphyseal fractures and associated diaphyseal and proximal fractures. No mobility is possible between the nail and the bone which are held firmly by the proximal self-stabilizing system and also by the distal fixation peg screws, the thread of which is in contact with the nail.
A special system is used for easy insertion of the distal fixation peg screws.
